There may be times when you have content that must be presented as a PDF or other file type — you may be providing access to a PowerPoint presentation, a printable form or an interactive spreadsheet for download. This should only be done when necessary and you are required to make the document accessible.
When necessary, Cascade can store and publish relatively small PDF, MS Word and MS Excel documents — we recommend you first convert any Word or Excel documents to PDF, when possible. If your file exceeds the size limit (9.7 MB) you can use the SmallPDF online tool to compress your file. Using that tool can also merge and split PDFs and convert PPT, JPG, Excel or Word documents to PDF.
