W&M's Global Scholars Program (GSP) offers students a unique, cohort based experiential learning opportunity that cultivates creative thinkers, principled decision makers, and compassionate global citizens and prepares them to become leaders in global policy and research roles in government, non-profit, and private sectors.
Through the GSP, you will get a boundary-transcending experience through high engagement, experiential learning, and coursework that integrates policy practitioners and external experts alongside W&M faculty members as part of a year-long program.
A unique strength of this program is the opportunity to be part of a passionate and creative cohort during the full year. You will begin with an off-site retreat, which will be followed by weekly meetings and trainings,in addition to the experiential coursework in D.C. and Brussels/Paris. You will also have two policy mentors to help guide you on your professional journey. This cohort will be a resource for you throughout your collegiate and future professional career.
