Tornado watch for Williamsburg
Anna Martin, vice president for administration and chair of the Emergency Management Team, sent the following message tot the campus community on April 28, 2011 - Ed.
UPDATE: The National Weather Service has extended the tornado watch for the Williamsburg area until 9 p.m.
The Williamsburg area is under a tornado watch until 3:00 pm this afternoon. Heavy rain and high winds are also in the forecast. If conditions warrant, the watch may be extended. If you hear the College’s emergency siren during this period, please take shelter in the lowest level of the closest building.
