W&M Board of Visitors to meet on Nov. 15-17
The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg on Nov. 15-17, 2017.
Committee meetings will begin at 2 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2017, in the Board Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 5:30 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception and dinner in the Wightman Cup Room in Kaplan Arena, located at 751 Ukrop Way. Following dinner, the Board will attend the men’s basketball game at 7 p.m.
On Thursday, Nov. 16, the meetings will resume at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and recess by approximately 12:15 a.m. The Board will then attend a lunch with student leaders at 12:30 p.m. in Blow Hall Room 201 and resume meetings in the Board Room at 2 p.m. The meetings should conclude by 5:45 p.m. The Board will then attend a reception on the Wren Portico followed by a dinner honoring retiring Board member John Charles Thomas at 6:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Sir Christopher Wren building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd.
On Friday, Nov. 17, meetings will resume at 8:45 a.m. in the Board Room and should conclude at approximately noon. The Board will then have lunch at 12:15 p.m. in Blow Hall Room 201 with members of the Presidential Search Committee.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
