William & Mary Police sent the following messages to the campus community Sept. 5, 2017 - Ed.

Update: Fuel Spill

September 5, 2017, 12:47 pm

The diesel fuel spill that occurred this morning behind Swem Library is contained. There is no ongoing danger to the campus community. Crews remain on scene for clean-up. Landrum Dr. between Ukrop and Crim Dell will be closed the remainder of the day and the parking area adjacent to Swem will be closed indefinitely.

Emergency: HazMat Spill

There has been a diesel fuel spill near the rear of Swem Library. Please avoid the area. Additional information will be released on the College website or through email or voicemail.
