Board of Visitors to meet in Williamsburg on April 23-25
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg April 23-25, 2014.
Committee meetings will begin at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, and will be held on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall located at 262 Richmond Rd. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Ct.
On Thursday, April 24, the meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall. The Board will then attend a lunch at 12:15 p.m. with students in room 201 on the second floor of Blow Hall before resuming meetings at 1:45 p.m. The committee meetings are scheduled to conclude by 5:30 p.m. That evening, the Board will attend a faculty reception and dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Wren Portico & Wren Courtyard.
On Friday, April 25, the meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:30 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
