Amy Oakes awarded Fellowship at Harvard
Amy Oakes has been awarded a fellowship by the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, located at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. The Center serves as the "hub" for research about international topics at the Kennedy School and fellowships there are highly sought after by scholars.
Amy will spend her year at Harvard conducting research about whether governments provoke international crises in response to domestic unrest. She plans to publish her work as part of a book, tentatively entitled Diversionary War.
