Favorite Spot
As an English and psychology double major, I naturally spend most of my time between the Integrated Science Center and Tucker Hall. Though both buildings have a special place in my heart, Tucker Hall is my absolute favorite spot on William & Mary’s campus. The building itself is in a wonderful location. I get to see the Wren Building on my walks to and from class and I am never too far from Colonial Williamsburg. Tucker Hall is also extremely fun to explore. There are mini “libraries” throughout the inside; an awesome mural if you know where to look; and some of the coolest windows on campus. Personally, I have taken some of my favorite courses in Tucker. Professor Morse’s The Brontës: Passion & Justice, and Professor Wheatley’s Jane Austen single author courses changed how I thought about some of my favorite authors. I also met one of my best friends through all the classes I have taken in Tucker, which rounds out my overwhelming love and appreciation for such a beautiful building on William & Mary’s campus.
