Alan Kennedy

About

Alan Kennedy, Lecturer of Public Policy, is a graduate of Yale University and William & Mary Law School.  He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado-Denver School of Public Affairs. He is a U.S. Army veteran and has served in the Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) Corps in the National Guard. Fun fact: In 2021 the American Bar Association named him one of the top 40 young lawyers in the United States. His research areas include federalism, equity, public administration, and criminal justice. He will teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
