Carolyn Shinn Armbruster '11 (Art History) Carolyn writes: "I married Barret Armbruster (WM '10) in September. I completed my Master's in Museum Education and am now teaching school programs at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C." (2012)
Kelly Bodie, ’10 (Studio Art) Kelly writes: In 2017, my silkscreen prints were selected into two juried group shows and two solo exhibitions in North Carolina. The solo shows "Nevertheless She Persisted" and "From Nature to Abstraction" opened in September. Catherine Cole '11 (Studio) Catherine won first place in the Second Annual Excellence in Printmaking, a jurried show at Washington Printmakers Galler in Silver Spring, Maryland. (2012)
Jessica Dupont '11 (Art History, French) Jessica writes: "I am moving to Arlington, VA this summer and I will be starting a two-year program to obtain an M.A. in Arts Management from the Graduate College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University." (2013)
Holly Fleming, ’17 (Art History) Holly writes: After graduation I accepted a position within the Communications Division at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, Virginia. (Oct 2017)
Julia Cohen George '03 (Studio Art) Julia writes: "After spending nearly ten years in southern California, my husband Richard was accepted in to Penn State's Anthropology PhD program; in June of 2013 we relocated to State College, PA. Since August of 2013, I have been working as the Associate Director of Development for Penn State's College of the Liberal Arts. In addition to my role with the university, I maintain a number of clients, providing comprehensive graphic design services. We're enjoying being back on the east coast for the duration of his program and are excited to see what the future holds!" (October 2014)
Timothy Gonchoroff ’10 (Art History) Timothy writes: I received my Masters in Fine Arts in sculpture from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, in Alfred, New York in the spring of 2015. Currently, I am on a Fulbright Fellowship conducting research on natural dyes in Trosmo, Norway -- home to the northernmost fine arts academy in the world in the Arctic Circle. I hope to complete a new body of work by the end of the school year and perhaps stay in Norway once my fellowship ends. (October 2015)

Rebecca Van Zee Nutton '07 (Studio Art) Rebecca writes: "My husband, Andy and I are thrilled to welcome our son, Griffin Jack Nutton, into the world. Born September 21st 2014 in Ipswich, UK. We look forward to visiting Williamsburg as a family in the near future." (October 2014)
Kristen Lied Peyton, '12 (Studio Art) Kristen sent Art Professor Brian Kreydatus an email, thanking him for "being an engaged and dedicated teacher and creator...an essential role in my development and maturity as a painter/printmaker". She also included an "indirect shout-out" extended to Studio Art professors, Nikki Santiago, Elizabeth Mead and John Lee. Her contribution to W&M can be visibly experienced in the mural, painted in 2015, within the English department's outside courtyard of Tucker Hall.

Zara Stasi, ’12 (Art History) Zara writes: I have been working over the past few years to bring art into the business world, specifically into facilitation. I created a unique role where I focus on graphic facilitation, illustration, and using art to help clients solve problems. Having started in the business world in consulting, I worked to find a way to bring my background and interest in Art into my role in business. The video explains my journey as I designed my role as the Greenhouse Artist, at the Deloitte Greenhouse. (Oct 2017)
Katie Wood '14 (Studio Art) Katie writes: I just completed a one day residency in a mobile studio in Charlottresville where I made one drawing every hour for 24 hours. Here's a bunch for photos and an interview!
