Request IT - Instructions and Services
Attention: The Cherwell portal (support.wm.edu) is currently only being used for Lease Computer Orders or Renewals, Software License Orders or Renewals (Adobe, etc) and Computer Accessories. Please direct all other requests to gethelp.wm.edu.
Request IT is a system for faculty and staff that allows customers to self-submit requests for selected IT services. For all other services and technical support, contact the Technology Support Center at 757-221-4357 (HELP), [[support]].
Get Started using Request IT
- Log in to Request IT by navigating to support.wm.edu
- Click the Sign In button
- Type your W&M Username and Password and click the Login button
- Make a selection from the Home page by clicking on the appropriate icon
- Fill in all appropriate fields
- Click Submit (bottom of form) when you are finished.
