Bike Rentals
We have a small collection of road and hybrid bikes available for rent at daily, weekly, monthly, and semester rates. Use the Qualtrics form below to submit a rental request. We'll contact you to set up an appointment to select a bike.
UPDATE: Apr 15th, 2024 - All of our bike rentals are currently being utilized. Please check back next week or email parked@wm.edu to verify availability.

Rental Agreement
Each renter must agree to the rental agreement and waiver below. We'll send you a copy to sign during your rental appointment.
It is expressly agreed that the use and/or operation of any Parking & Transportation Services/Bike Rental (hereinafter referred to as “WM P&T”) bicycle and equipment by the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “user”) is at the user’s sole risk, and user assumes any and all risk from the use and/or operation of any WM P&T bicycle and equipment. It is further expressly agreed that WM P&T and its directors, officers, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, and actions or causes of action whatsoever to the user or any other person arising out of or connected with the use and/or operation of any WM P&T bicycle and equipment. User holds WM P&T harmless and does hereby expressly forever release and discharge WM P&T from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, and from all acts of active and passive negligence on the part of WM P&T.
The user hereby agrees that this rental period will start and end at the times and dates listed below, and also agrees to return to WM P&T pick-up and drop-off location on the day the rental ends. The renter also agrees to return the rented bicycle and equipment in the same order and condition in which they were received, and agrees to be financially responsible for loss or damages to the bicycle(s) and equipment rented under this agreement, up to the full amount of replacement cost and recovery, repair, and/or procurement expenses not to exceed $200. The renter agrees that the payment method used to secure this rental will be charged to cover such expenses.
