Presentation Guidelines

Presentations submitted to the WMSURE Conferences must abide by the following guidelines:

Digital Presentations

• Must be Powerpoint presentations with a minimum of 5 slides. Digital presentations will be presented to small groups of people within a given time block.

Poster Presentations

• Posters with easels will be presented to small groups of people within a given time block. WMSURE will cover poster expenses.

Oral Presentations

• Formal presentations with an accompanying Powerpoint slideshow will be presented in the James/York room with a 15-minute time block (10 minutes to present and 5 minutes for questions). These presentations are scheduled for specific times.
