William & Mary Scholars Undergraduate Research Experience (WMSURE) supports all students at William & Mary, with a special focus on W&M Scholars, first-generation students, and Pell-eligible students. Through committed peer and faculty mentorship, enrichment workshops and events, and applied learning opportunities, WMSURE empowers students with the tools and confidence to excel academically and engage in meaningful undergraduate research.

- Provides support for all undergraduates who want to conduct research.
- Facilitates peer and faculty mentorship for student participants.
- Establishes a large network of faculty and staff to support WMSURE students across the university.

The WMSURE Undergraduate Research Conference
As part of it's mission to cultivate a space of "Bold & Brilliant" Scholars, WMSURE hosts an undergraduate research conference every year in April. Coinciding with "You Belong", an campus Admissions event, the WMSURE Undergraduate Research Conference presents an opportunity for the campus community and prospective students to witness the excellent research of WMSURE Scholars.
All undergraduate students from across the Commonwealth are invited to attend and to submit a proposal.
