Transfer requests are open for 2026-2027. Applications are due OCTOBER 15 2026

You must be in your first semester at William & Mary to apply. Please submit an unofficial transcript and supplemental essay to [[JDP]].

Supplemental Essay Prompt:

As an applicant to the Joint Degree Programme you are required to submit an
additional 1500 – 2000 word essay outlining your interest in the particular
academic area to which you are applying – Classical Studies, Economics,
English, Film Studies, History, or International Relations; and what particularly
interests you about the JDP in your chosen major. Be as specific as you can.
Demonstrating that you are familiar with the JDP website—its policies and

institutional practices.
