AP or IB Credit in Chemistry
Some students enter William & Mary with AP, IB, or college credit in chemistry.
- An AP score of 4 or IB score of 5 (higher level) receives 4 credits of General Chemistry (for Chem 103 and Chem 103L).
- An AP score of 5 or IB score of 6 or 7 receives 5 credit of General Chemistry (for Chem 103, 103L and 254) and 3 credits of a chemistry elective.
