Technology Support Center
  • For all support questions or issues, please email
  • For urgent support questions, you may call the TSC at 757-221-4357 or message us via our support chat during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm).
  • Walk-in tech support is available in two locations. We are available in Jones 201 during normal business hours. Email or call 757-221-4357 for assistance. Student technicians are also available in Swem Library during the academic year (1st floor - back desk) Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-5:00pm and Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm. The Swem Help Desk is closed suring the summer. 

If there is a system-wide IT emergency after hours, call 757-221-1691.

Support Chat

Chat will be available during normal business hours for the Technology Support Center, which is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, except holidays. Chats conversations are recorded and saved for 90 days for service records and quality assurance.
