Cashiering
The Cashiering department is responsible for receipting and depositing funds for the university and VIMS in a manner consistent with the guidelines established by the State Treasurer's Office and the Code of Virginia. 
The department is also responsible for disbursements of cash, salary and travel advances issued by the Payroll and Disbursements departments.
The William & Mary Cashiering department is located on the ground floor of Blow Memorial Hall at 262 Richmond Road. We are currently in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 Monday - Friday. If you have correspondence or deposits for drop-off we have a secure drop box located in the ground level lobby door of Blow Memorial Hall Room 101.

Foundation Check Deposit Announcement
Effective July 1, 2009 all check deposits originating from one of the College's foundations must be deposited with the Cashiering department on a separate deposit transmittal. Please see the 'Deposit Transmittal Instruction' document in our 'Forms' section for further information.
