Integrated Science Center IV

Using Institutional Funds and Commonwealth General Fund appropriations, Building 4 of the Integrated Science Complex (ISC) will house William & Mary's new School of Computing, Data Sciences & Physics. The project will construct 124,000 GSF of new space and renovate 10,000 GSF of existing space in order to connect to the adjacent ISC. The facility is being constructed on the site of the former Millington Hall. 

Construction is progressing on schedule and Substantial Completion was achieved in September 2025, enabling Owner activities (commissioning, furniture and equipment installation, etc.) to occur in the fall of 2025. The first classes in the new building will be held in the Spring 2026 semester.
