West Woods Phase 2

As part of Phase II of the Housing & Dining Comprehensive Facilities Plan, the Randolph Complex will be replaced with a new residential development. This new development includes approximately 450 beds in a mix of traditional and semi-suite units.

In support of this project, enabling work was required. This scope included the demolition of the Randolph Complex (item 9 on the FY25 Capital Plan, entitled "Demolish: Randolph Complex") and the relocation of utilities necessitated by the demolition of Randolph.
