How to Apply
William & Mary invites all admitted, first-year students to apply to the Sharpe Community Scholars. The application consists of short essay questions involving your interest in the program and living-learning community, your thoughts on community engagement and research, and your past experiences working within community.

Applications for the 2026-2027 Sharpe cohort are now open to students admitted Early Decision! Early Decision applications will close 11:59pm on Sunday, March 15. Regular Decision applications will open in early April.
