Exciting news! One of our own from the Public Policy Program, Alexandra Joosse, is a contributing author to the recently published policy report by AidData, 𝘗𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬: 𝘉𝘦𝘪𝘫𝘪𝘯𝘨’𝘴 𝘉𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘴.
