Inspirational Teaching

Professor Lee-Ferrand has just been promoted to the rank of Teaching Professor of French & Francophone Studies!  She is being recognized for ten years of superb pedagogy and dedication to her students in a classroom that often “feels like a second home.” Her courses “Bon Appétit,” “Medieval Shenanigans,” and “The Sexual Contract” are immensely popular, and as faculty advisor to the French House she has organized film screenings, soccer tournaments, craft nights, food tastings with international chefs, and all sorts of other fun on campus. We are also thrilled to announce that she will be directing  our study abroad program in Montpellier in Summer 2027.  Wonderful news for us all!
