Applying for Campus Based ROTC Scholarships

Potential and current William & Mary students who wish to enroll in the Military Science program should first contact the Military Science Department at (757) 221 – 3611 to discuss the process and to be put on our contact list for interested students.

There are multiple Cadet Command forms as well as William & Mary-specific forms that are necessary to apply for campus-based scholarships. Many of these forms can and should be filled out after a student begins in the ROTC program, and after initial inquiry and contact with the Scholarship and Retention Officer (Scott Fee smfee@wm.edu), as accuracy on the forms is essential. The same applies to the medical process, which is coordinated through the Scholarship Officer and the support staff. The Planned Academic Program Worksheet (Form 104-R), will also be completed by the student and an academic advisor at William & Mary.
