Bio
Samantha (Sam) Kramer earned her B.A in History, with a minor in English, from Washington & Jefferson College in 2021, graduating salutatorian, summa cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa. Her research interests are varied, but focus primarily on the material and intellectual landscape of England from the Middle Ages to the late Victorian era, imperialism, and polar expeditions up to the late 1920's. She has worked as a researcher for both a planned expedition to Greenland as well as a database on Holocaust memorials in Germany. Her studies have taken her to classes and conferences in England, Germany, Poland and Norway.
