Bio:

Kevin Michael Smith is an Associate Teaching Professor with Film & Media Studies. He earned his Masters in film production from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. His BFA in creative writing and literature is from Emerson College in Boston. Professor Smith teaches courses related to film history, screenwriting and film production. In 2023, he wrote and directed "The Creative Types," a comedy web series staffed with an all-W&M student cast and crew.
