How to Declare a CAMS Major

To declare a CAMS major, please follow these steps:

1. Download the CAMS application for major worksheet [pdf] for your track and begin selecting courses:
   Applied Statistics Mathematical Biology Operations Research
2. Select and meet with a major advisor for your desired track:  Applied Statistics (AS), Mathematical Biology (MB), or Operations Research (OR). The faculty listed can serve as major advisors. Together you will review selections on the worksheet.
3. Complete the William & Mary major declaration form, listing the same courses that you selected on the worksheet.
4. Have your worksheet and major declaration form signed by your CAMS major advisor.
5. Have your worksheet and major declaration form signed by the CAMS track director or CAMS director.

6. Submit the major declaration form to the Registrar's Office.
