Participate in a wide variety of dynamic Fitness & Wellness (FitWell) classes at the Student Recreation Center! Classes are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Cardio Dance, Pilates, Barre, Step, Cycling, Body Pump, Body Combat and much more! This year, students and faculty/staff members can also find classes such as Art Therapy by searching our online calendar.
