Your Checklist

Checklists for incoming students.

There are several tasks that you need to complete before starting classes with us this fall! Please note that all questionnaires, educational modules, applications, etc. are your responsibility. Providing your William & Mary credentials (username and password) to another individual (whether that be a family member, spouse or friend) for any purpose is a violation of the W&M Honor Code

Students should log into myTribeGuide to view your personalized to-do list that supports your smooth transition into and through W&M. Provided below are general deadlines and program availabilities for quick and easy reference so anyone can follow along!

As a transfer student you will navigate a unique set of challenges and opportunities with the support of STEP and our campus partners. We understand that you may have already gone through an orientation program and have become accustomed to life on a college campus. However, during our orientation you will learn about not only the expectations of members of the Tribe, but also about what makes W&M one of the best universities in the country. To help make your overall transition a bit easier, here's a checklist designed for you.

International & Domestic Exchange General Checklist

Exchange Students — students seeking a degree from one of W&M's international or domestic partner universities — should follow the below checklist to help ensure your experience as a member of the Tribe is a positive one.

St Andrews William & Mary Joint Degree Programme HOST General Checklist

The WaMStA transition is different in many ways. First off, you have to determine which checklist you follow! The list of items below is designed especially for our William & Mary HOST students (or those students who spent their first year of the joint degree programme at St Andrews). If you are spending year one at W&M — and are therefore a W&M HOME student, make sure to follow the Class of 2029 First-Time-In-College (FTIC) Checklist.

Make sure you log into myTribeGuide, using your W&M credentials, to access, track, and complete your comprehensive incoming checklist - and move seamlessly into your limited time at W&M.

Parent, Family & Supporter Checklist

Similar to your new students, a Parent, Family & Supporter Checklist has been developed specifically with a list of important deadlines pertaining to your own transition into our community.
