Print Management Program

Overview

The Departmental Printer Program and Ricoh Copier Program have been consolidated into a single Print Management Program.  This program is contracted to ESI (Electronic Systems Inc), a subsidiary of Xerox and managed by IT, effective as of September 19, 2015.  

An important part of the implementation process was to replace outdated Ricoh devices. Any Ricoh devices that were over 5 years old at the time of transition were replaced.  Ricoh devices that were less than 5 years old at the time of transition remained on campus and will be serviced under this program until they reach their 5 year maturity date.
