The W&M Entrepreneurship Hub is proud to support and amplify the work of our entrepreneurial community, including students, faculty, alumni, and regional founders, when it aligns with our mission and values.
Through this process, we offer a clear pathway for individuals to request support in promoting research surveys, event participation, stories, and more across our communication channels.
Our Communication Channels
Depending on approval and timing, your promotion may appear on:
- The Hub's email newsletter
- Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Digital display boards in the Hub
- The Hub's website
Steps to Submit
Step 1: Submit a RequestUse our online form to submit your request for Hub communications support.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Your affiliation (student, faculty, alumni, community entrepreneur, etc.)
- A description of your project or initiative
- Your target audience
- The type of support you're requesting (e.g., survey promotion, event feature, story spotlight)
- Any relevant materials or links
- Your ideal timeline or deadline
Step 2: Requests are reviewed within 3 business days
Step 3: Final decisions (approved, conditionally approved, or denied) are shared within 5 business days
If approved, we’ll clarify which channels will be used and share a refined version of your content for final approval
