Launchpad is the Greater Williamsburg region’s entrepreneurial home base, a vibrant coworking and community hub designed to support founders, creatives, and innovators at every stage. Every venture begins with Launchpad Membership. Offices and add-ons are available only as extensions of membership, ensuring Launchpad remains a connected community, not just a real estate space.

Mail & Package Handling – $15/month
Main Hall Rental – $50/hr (for workshops, events, gatherings)
Extra Conference Room Hours – $75/block (10 hours)

24/7 Access – $100/month
Private Office – $375/month (includes 24/7 access + dedicated lockable space)
