Student Recruiting Policies

Employer Recruiting Guidelines & Policies

Recruiters should adhere to the NACE Principles for Ethical Professional Practice when recruiting at William & Mary. In addition, the Office of Career Development & Professional Engagement advises employers to review and follow the policies and guidelines on job posting, recruitment, and employment offers.
