Print Management Program

Overview

On January 5, 2026 the Print Management Program transitioned from ESI/Xerox to Omni Business Solutions.  Omni is a reseller of Ricoh Copiers and supports a wide variety of printer/copier manufacturers.  The Xerox final meter read in January became the starting point for Omni.

Devices participating in the Print Management Program are provided toner, repairs, and maintenance by Omni. Toner and billing are automatically monitored nightly as long as the device remains powered on and connected via ethernet cable to the W&M network. Paper and staples are the responsibility of each department.

If you need repairs/maintenance, supplies or are relocating a printer participating in the Print Management program, please contact the Technology Support Center.

If you wish to purchase a new department printer please submit an IT Procurement approval request in GetHelp.wm.edu.
