HECO/CO Forms

Project Authorization

HECO-PRF and MR Authorization forms are initiated via Unity Construct (e-Builder) and have been removed from this website; legacy forms are available from project management staff. Building and Demolition Permits are initated via BITS (HECO-17, HECO-17aTMP, and HECO17.1A). These forms have likewise been retired. Forms related to use of the university's annual permit authority are available below.
