Design & Construction Manual and Technical Standards

The 2025 edition of the Design & Construction Manual (DCM) was initially released in September 2025 and Revision 1 of the manual was published on May 18, 2026. This version of the manual is current and in effect for all planning, design and construction projects regardless of funding source, procurement method or shop overseeing the work.
