Ph.D., Economics, Ohio State University
Prior to joining William & Mary, he taught at the University of Montana. His research interests include development economics, health economics, and economic demography. His current projects focus on evaluating the Indonesian social protection programs for the poor. He teaches principles of microeconomics and intermediate microeconomics.
