Hannah McMinn

I'm a double major in Biology & French. Some of my favorite parts of the french major were acting out absurdist plays in Professor Pacini's class on French literature, learning about the Impressionists in with Leruth in intro to french cultural studies, and discussing the symbolism behind different pieces of art in Professor Compan's dreaming of islands class. My absolute favorite, however, has to be my experience studying abroad in Montpellier with Professor Leruth. I learned a lot of french and had an absolute blast learning about the french culture and lifestyle. One thing I've really taken away from my classes as a french major is the joy of little things and the importance of small details. My plans are to apply to medical school and hopefully put some of my french to use there!
