Olivia Cottrell

I've often joked that while I may sleep at my dorm, I've lived at Washington Hall these past few years.  While I've been a French major, I've also taken the liberty to study Chinese and Italian while I was here and I've loved every second of it.  I've found that the professors and students in the MLL  department are outstandingly kind and I'll carry their kindness with me as I continue on with my masters and even further in life.  I've also had the privilege of participating in the language houses and nothing is quite as exhilarating as getting hit in the face with a soccer ball the language house football tournament!
