Bella Milliman

    Bonjour! I’m Bella, and I am a French and Linguistics double major. Through my time as a French student, I have had the opportunity to take a great variety of courses, live in the French House, and take part in a study abroad. My highlights include spending a semester in Strasbourg, France followed by researching in Brittany, France for the summer. It’s hard to pinpoint exact memories, but I would have to say the best part of studying French has been the friends I have made and the confidence I have found in my language abilities. After graduation, I will be pursuing a Master’s in Translation and Interpreting at the University of Manchester. This would not be possible without the support and encouragement I’ve had from the French department, and I am grateful for all the wonderful opportunities I have been given from this department.  Merci beaucoup!​
