Committee on Degrees
Four faculty and the Dean of Undergraduate Studies review students' petitions to exceptions to undergraduate degree requirements. The Committee on Degrees reviews requests for late pass/fail grade changes [pdf], the revoking of college credits earned before matriculation [pdf], waivers of degree requirements [pdf], and course substitutions for degree requirements [pdf]. The committee certifies and forwards to the Board of Visitors the names of students who have completed the requirements for undergraduate degrees. It meets six times per term.
