Graduate Student Ningfang Mi Wins Award
Graduate student Ningfang Mi was recently received the Incogen Award for
Excellence in Scholarship in the Natural and Computational Sciences at
the 7th Annual Graduate Research Symposium of the College of William and
Mary. This corporate sponsored award was open to all students from the
College of William and Mary and visiting institutions.
To be eligible for this award, graduate students had to present at the
Graduate Research Symposium and submit a 10-12 page paper describing
their research. The papers were judged blindly by an independent panel
of William and Mary faculty and Graduate Studies Advisory Board members.
Her paper was titled Performance Impacts of Autocorrelated Flows in
Multi-tiered Systems. This is a $1000 cash award and certificate of
achievement.
