Classics Student wins Fulbright Fellowship

Brett with the thesis signature page all filled out!

Our very own Brett Evans, a Latin major, was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to study Classics at the University of Bristol in the UK. Brett also recently successfully defended his thesis, "Looking for Reality in Latin Love Elegy," earning Highest Honors. After he comes back from Bristol, Brett will be entering the graduate program in the Department of Classics at the University of Virginia. Everyone in the Department here at William & Mary is very proud of Brett and his many accomplishments. Congratulations! Brett with his thesis committee (l-r): Professors Kennedy, Panoussi, and Hutton
