Sign in to ArcGIS Online

If you're looking to get started with ArcGIS Online and Esri Story Maps, follow the steps below to setup your account.

Go to ArcGIS online and click "sign in"
Select "Your ArcGIS organization's URL"
Type "wm-gis".maps.arcgis.com
Select "College of William & Mary"
Enter your W&M user id and password (same as logging into banner)
You are ready to get started!

Create an ArcGIS Online Group

Need a group set up in the W&M ArcGIS Online organization for your class, a project, or another purpose? Fill out the form linked below to email us with the necessary information for group creation.

If the button above does not work for you, please email cga@wm.edu with the following information:

Group name (suggested format: Course Prefix Course Number, ex. GIS201)
Group visible to only group members, all W&M users, or the public
Member list visible to anyone who can view the group or just group managers
Group managers
Group members
Should all group members or just group managers be able to contribute content?
Can members collaborate and edit everyone's content or only edit their own content?
Creation deadline

An important note that the CGA cannot add members to groups who have not signed into the W&M ArcGIS Online Organization.
