McLeod Tyler Wellness Center

The wellness center embodies the university’s commitment to flourishing: mind, body and spirit alike. From mindfulness workshops and yoga sessions to acupuncture services and fitness classes, the center maintains a full spectrum of facilities and programs, including the Counseling Center and Student Health Center. Outside, you can enjoy the meditation labyrinth, life-size Zen garden and social wellness patio.
