Event & Meeting Planning

Plan Your Event at the Sadler Center and Other Campus Venues

Student Unions & Engagement (SUE) supports Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) and University departments in planning successful events for the W&M community. From reserving rooms to coordinating A/V support, we’re here to help every step of the way. SUE schedules events in the Sadler Center, Campus Center, public classrooms (for non-class use), and most outdoor campus locations.

If you are interested in holding your next conference at the Sadler Center and/or are not affiliated with the University, please visit the Office of Conference & Event Services.

Step 1: Reserve Your Space

Review Sadler Center rooms or explore other campus venues, including the Martha Wren Briggs Amphitheatre at Lake Matoaka.

Submit a Space Request

Complete the appropriate Space Request Form below at least three weeks before your event. Room setup details are included on this form.
