Room Set-Ups

The following are standard room set-ups, but we are able to accommodate most special requests.  Please contact [[sueevents, SUE Events]] at least 10 days prior to your event to discuss your set-up needs.

Room Set Up Descriptions

Theater: Chairs arranged in rows facing a single direction, ideal for presentations or lectures with a large audience and no need for note-taking surfaces.

Classroom: Rows of tables with chairs facing the front, allowing attendees to take notes or use devices during presentations or trainings.

U-Shape: Tables arranged in a “U” with seating along the outside, open in the center; great for discussions, presentations, and group interaction with a focal point.

Hollow Square: Tables form a closed square or rectangle with seating on the outside, encouraging group discussion and equal participation.

Banquet: Round tables with chairs around each, typically used for meals or social events, fostering small group conversation.

Conference: A single large table of connected tables with seating around it, suited for meetings and collaborative discussions among a smaller group.
