2025–2026 Air Combat Command International Affairs (ACC/IA) Internship 

The Whole of Government Center of Excellence (WGC) announces the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command International Affairs (ACC/IA) Internship for the 2025–2026 academic year at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA. Through this guided, largely virtual program, interns conduct open-source intelligence research and prepare comprehensive assessments for command-wide foreign programs impacting U.S. strategic partners in the areas of security cooperation, international engagements, and political-military affairs. Learn more and apply by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, September 28 in TribeCareers. WGC National Security Internship Program funding available for eligible students. Questions? The Churchill Scholarship provides one year of support for a postgraduate degree in the sciences, engineering, and mathematics at the University of Cambridge. At least fifteen Churchill Scholarships are offered annually. The Churchill Scholarship is open to US citizens who are in their senior year or have just graduated. The criteria for selection consist of outstanding academic achievement; proven talent in research; and outstanding personal qualities.

Note: Applicants for the Churchill Scholarship must also apply to the University of Cambridge at the same time they are working to meet the campus deadline.

2025–2026 U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) Internship (Formerly TRADOC) 

Interested in a future career in national defense? The Whole of Government Center of Excellence (WGC) invites students to apply for the U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) (formerly TRADOC) G-2 Intelligence Internship for the 2025–2026 academic year. 2025–2026 VICEROY Scholar Program Application and Next Info Session

Virtual Institutes for Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum Research and Employ (VICEROY) is a Department of Defense (DOD) initiative and leadership development pathway. With its DOD host sites and academic virtual institutes including William & Mary, VICEROY equips students with the skills and experience to thrive in the cyber and electromagnetic spectrum workforce. VICEROY Scholars gain hands-on experience with defense and research operations, participate in mission-focused cyber-spectrum competitions, and access exclusive paid DOD internships, with the opportunity to receive a security clearance. Students pursuing computer security-related majors such as computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, cybersecurity or mathematics and those in other majors with a strong aptitude in computer science or engineering are encouraged to apply. VICEROY Scholars must be U.S. or U.S. dual citizens and maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA.

The Saint Andrew’s Society of the State of New York provides scholarships to promote cultural interchange and goodwill between Scotland and the United States by offering $45,000 towards tuition, housing, and related fees for graduate school in Scotland.

To be eligible for the St. Andrew's scholarship, applicants must:

• Be senior undergraduate students who will obtain a Bachelor’s degree from William & Mary in the Spring of 2026
• Must have evidence of Scottish descent
• Must demonstrate financial need.

The Whole of Government Center of Excellence (WGC) announces the summer 2026 INDOPACOM Student Volunteer Internship Program (SVIP) located at Headquarters U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Hawaii. Gain valuable experience while exploring career opportunities in the diverse environment of our nation’s largest combatant command. Develop skills while working with allies, partners, and interagency professionals in foreign policy strategy and defense-related projects ranging from wargaming and cybersecurity to disaster management and data governance.

Boren's list of preferred languages and preferred countries seek to encourage study in areas that are underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Boren's list of preferred languages and preferred countries seek to encourage study in areas that are underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Note: The Boren Fellowship is very similar to the Boren Scholarship for undergraduates, though the Fellowship offers additional support for research abroad & funding for intensive domestic language prep programs to be completed the summer before beginning programs abroad.
