Bryan Hall

Bryan Hall is a part of the Bryan Complex and houses approximately 105 students. For the 2024-25 academic year, the lower- and first-floors will house upper-level students, while the second- and third-floors will house first-year students.

This hall has laundry facilities and a duty office. Whether dirty clothes or a spare key, residents never have to go too far, a definite plus during the winter!

Residents relax and play volleyball in the Bryan Courtyard on nice days. They are also near the soundproof music room with state-of-the-art recording capabilities and a piano — a great place to get extra piano practice or jam with your friends.

Explore nearby! Bryan Hall is across the street from Zable Stadium, the Sadler Center, Wawa, Paul's Deli, and the College Delly, providing easy access to home football games, dining facilities and other university resources.

While technically located on Old Campus, residents enjoy easy access to the academic buildings on New Campus via a short walk by the famous Crim Dell bridge.

Lower, second & third floors are single-gender by floor. The first floor is gender-inclusive eligible.

All W&M residence halls are smoking & vape free.
Hall & Suite Baths

Suite bathrooms are shared by occupants & attached to suite rooms. Hall bathrooms are for single-gender use only.

The space features state-of-the-art recording capabilities & a piano.
Wireless & Wired Internet

Wireless internet service is available in all residence halls. An ethernet card and cable are required for wired internet.
Cable & Streaming

Streaming Contour TV is available to all residents while on the W&M network.

Bryan Hall's lower level is single-gender only and includes two bathrooms, two laundry rooms, a kitchen, a music room and the Bryan Complex Duty Office. Stairwells are located on both sides of the bedroom hallway.
