Research Compliance

Office of Research Compliance

Research compliance is an expansive set of responsibilities not just for the PI of a project, but for anyone participating in research. The Office of Research Compliance supports faculty, staff, technicians, Post Docs and students to ensure research at W&M is conducted with integrity, ethics and honesty, and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Research Committees

Some research conducted at William & Mary must be approved by one of the Research Committees listed below. These committees review protocols to ensure compliance with institutional, state and federal policies and regulations.
